Hi, I'm Kate!
I am an artist living and working in Southern California. Here you’ll find an archive of my designs. From collaborations with fellow artists, local businesses, and non profits, to art created for my own amusement, I have plenty for you to explore.
A Little About Me
I earned my BFA in Preproduction from CSULB in 2021. I had a focus in animation — stop motion being my favorite. Character design, book illustration, and visual storytelling were the main focus of my education.
For the past ten years I have been creating characters for Long Beach Creamery and designing all their packaging, painting murals, participating in community art initiatives, and I am currently working to finish an alphabet book!
Doing What I Love
My goal is to make things that can bring a little extra happiness into someone’s day. Everyone deserves joyful wonder and happiness, and I’d love to help bring more of that into the world.
If you’d like to commission me to create one of a kind personal pieces of art as a meaningful gift or as a stand out in your own collection, please contact me! I love to create, especially joyful designs full of color and life.
